Booking & Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
If you need to cancel your appointment, the deposit will be retained.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Requests to reschedule within 48 hours may be accepted at our discretion; however, the deposit may be forfeited.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this deposit and cancellation policy.
This policy allows me to manage appointment time fairly and continue providing a high level of care to every client.
